Noble Madu is Founder & Managing Partner of Plente Group, a recruiting technology company that enables recruiters, hirers and well-connected people to facilitate leadership hiring. Plente has represented more than $100 million in annual compensation since 2020. He is also a Partner at CSP, an affiliated executive search firm advising leading investment firms & businesses on critical leadership hires. Noble brings 15 years of experience as a private equity investor, executive search professional & entrepreneur, including roles focused on business and investment growth at Goldman Sachs, Korn Ferry, Bay Mountain Capital, & Skystream Technology.
